My name is Rebecca DeRaud, and I am a licensed clinical social worker, certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, approved IFS Clinical Consultant, and AASECT certified sexual health therapist. IFS is an evidence-based, non-pathologizing therapeutic modality that promotes healing by understanding the different parts of us that developed out of the need to protect our inner wounds and vulnerabilities. Created in the 1980s by Richard Schwartz, IFS believes that we innately embody a core Self capable of transforming our emotional pain and trauma into valuable qualities through Self leadership.
